Personal Training sessions (virtual and in-person)

From Pilates & Barre to Strength & Conditioning, we have trainers to suit your discipline of choice. Sessions can take place at home, in the studio, in the office or virtually

Online coaching

With a bespoke schedule and a personalised nutrition plan, we support our clients in reaching their full potential.

Residential stays / live-in trainers

Should you require someone to stay with you for 2-4 weeks, or for the longer-term, our trainers are also available for residential stays.

Physiotherapy / Sports Massage

Struggling with an injury and need help with the rehabilitation process? Our in-house physiotherapist is here to assist. Our services include dry needling, myofascial cupping, electrotherapy & ultrasound, joint mobilisation, IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation), FMT (functional movement taping) and RSWT (radial shockwave therapy).

Pre- and post-natal support

Whether you need help with fitness training before or after your pregnancy, our team of qualified trainers are here to help.

NUTRITION

Nutrition consultations (virtual and in-person)

Whether you’re looking to improve your diet, or need help with a specific health condition, our in-house Dietitican and Nutritionists are available to guide you through this journey.

Residential chefs | private and corporate events

Looking for a residential chef or a Michelin starred chef to cater a special occasion? We work with a selection of chefs, from all backgrounds and cuisines, who will work with you to create a delicious, healthy and nutritious menu.

daily meal delivery | SNACKS

Our ready-to-eat meals save you hours of shopping, prepping, and cooking. We have done all the hard work, so you don’t have to. Simply sit back and enjoy our hand-delivered meals. Prices start from £30 per day.

Enjoy our OMNI snack range - fresh breads, protein balls, homemade granola, and fresh juices delivered straight to your door. Our snacks can be purchased on a one-off, daily, or weekly basis.

PARTNERSHIPS

Pre- and post-natal support

We work with specialists in the field of childhood development to help you with everything from weaning and navigating the journey of parenthood to sourcing a nanny, potty training and toddler nutrition.

Corporate partnerships & gym management

We work with corporate companies to bring workshops, talks and classes into the office, as well as providing all members of your corporate team access to our online coaching platform.

We also have the capacity to assist with private and corporate residential gyms. We have our distinct OMNI method, incorporating the principles of Barre, Pilates and S&C.

Bespoke Events

We create tailored events to bring your brand in front of our wide-range of clients. Whether you are looking to host a workshop, cocktail evening or bespoke supper club, we are able to assist with every element.

Meet the team

AIMEE VICTORIA LONG

(Training, Pilates, Barre, Pre- and Post-Natal Training)

Aimee is a PT, with a focus on Pilates & Barre. She has a wealth of experience in the industry, and will provide you with the tools you need to redefine your body. Expect intense workouts that focus on primary and smaller muscle groups and tone you from head to toe.

Lucy Raetz-O’Connell

(Training, Pilates, Pre- and Post-Natal Training, Nutrition)

Lucy is a PT, with a focus on Pilates, functional training and mobility, and also has an MSc in Personalised Nutrition. Her approach to a healthy lifestyle incorporates the importance of fuelling the body through the principles of healthy eating, alongside regular and consistent movement. Lucy is here to provide you with the tools and knowledge to make health and wellness part of your everyday life.

Josh Davies

(Strength & Conditioning)

Josh is a PT, with a focus on S&C. He is an ex-professional rugby player and continues to apply the knowledge he gained over his 8-year career to his coaching philosophy. Josh has helped numerous clients transform not only their body but also their mindset. Josh’s focus is on improving longevity and helping people lead both a happier and healthier life.
